The design of the house emerges from a dialogue with the original villa development, seeking a contemporary expression without unnecessary dominance. The compact mass is complemented by a clearly legible superstructure that brings light and a new residential horizon.
The house works with a subtle setback from the street, opening into a quiet garden. The architecture is modest yet confident.
