Villa Slivenec
"A house arises from the balance between openness and protection."
The villa is designed as a composition of two mutually shifted volumes that clearly separate the day and quiet parts of the house. The ground floor fully opens to the garden through large-format glazing and covered outdoor living areas, while the upper volume provides privacy and distance.
Horizontal articulation and interaction with the terrain anchor the house in the landscape. The material solution supports the legibility of the structure and long-term durability.
